The Barn at the Vineyard Ranch is a great place for rehearsal parties! We offer Barn Party "Packages," or, if you prefer, we can work with you to design and plan a party to your exact specifications. Our "Basic Barn Party" is casual, rustic and complete with country antiques and old trucks, but the Barn can also go "uptown" if you prefer!
Thursday or Friday night – March through October

Price includes:
- Use of barn for maximum 8 hours, including setup & breakdown
- 72" round tables
- Wood folding chairs (upgrades available)
- Kitchen & restroom facilities**
- Rustic décor and lighting***
- Coordination & site management, parking director
- Full length table linens & cotton napkins
*Parking for maximum 75 guests. Shuttle arrangements can be made through California Wine Tours or Julie Atwood Events, cost additional.
**Additional facilities, if needed, +$650 - $1,350.

Price: $6,500.00 for up to100 guests, +$20.00 per person up to 175 guests
Food & Beverage Service: $75 - $150 per person, inclusive of service, tax and gratuities
Your choice of Sonoma Valley wines; beer & spirits allowed.
Not included: Transportation, flowers, music, PA, stage
