Our location and coordination fee packages
for Sonoma Valley wedding parties start at $8,500, depending upon the size of the group
and areas desired. We accomodate wedding groups of up to 250 guests.
Fees include comprehensive wedding planning, design, guest management, vendor coordination and day-before/after & day-of staffing.
Fees include luxury portable restrooms at two areas.
Access to the site for vendor in/out begins at 8 am the day before the event for events of up to 150 guests, 2 days before for events of 151-250 guests. Access includes 6 hours after the event.
Appointments are required for consultations and tours, which take about 1.5 hours.
