in July, August or September or up to 150 guests in
May, June, October or November.
Fees include luxury portable restrooms at two areas (ceremony/reception and barn). Access to the site for vendor load-in/out begins at 8 am the day before the event, for events of up to 150 guests; 2 days before for events of 151-250 guests. Access includes 6 hours after the event.
All catering and furnishings are a la carte, to your specifications.
Site fees do not include wedding planning, equipment, catering, etc.

Planning services are required for all events at Atwood Ranch. We specialize in unique, completely personalized event planning. For examples of "real" wedding budgets, just ask!
Couples engaging Julie Atwood Events as their wedding planning team have exclusive access to the Atwood Ranch in Glen Ellen, California. Fees include comprehensive "Destination Wedding" planning, from "Save the Date" to "Thank you’s!" Julie Atwood Events is among the most elite wedding and event planners in the country, offering insider access to Sonoma & Marin; fine dining; sommelier services; and flawless destination & event coordination, design, and staffing.
Julie Atwood Events provides pro-bono consultation, design, and event management to many North Bay organizations. We cultivate relationships with vendors who support us in this work. By working with our elite vendor list, you help support a larger community of artisan producers, musicians, and charities.
BASIC WEDDING COORDINATION
Includes: 30 hours of consultation, design, menu development, vendor sourcing & contract management, timelines, day-of & rehearsal staffing, one 2-hour on-site décor sample setup and 1 menu tasting meeting (cost for tasting is additional), plus all administration.
LUXURY WEDDING COORDINATION Includes: all the above, plus additional 20 hours of consultation, design & menu development, 6-8 hours of on-site sample sessions, rehearsal party site presentation, design, contract management, and staffing, plus all administration.
**For events outside SF/North Bay, additional travel-related expenses may apply.
ELOPEMENT PACKAGES - maximum 14 guests Includes: 2-3 design/planning sessions; coordination of celebrant, menu and music; coordination of accommodations at local inn(s), villas, etc.
We provide additional planning services to our established clients for all your other events: rehearsal party, wedding party luncheons or outings, local touring, picnics and all the other fun things you can do in Sonoma. Fees for these services can be arranged on an hourly basis ($60/hour for principal, $35/hour for administrative assistants,) or for negotiated flat fees, beginning at $1,500.

These are realistic and complete budget parameters, incorporating fine dining, quality linens and glassware, beautiful lighting, and all meetings & coordination services.
We design every event from the ground up, to each client’s specific needs. Our budgets are complete, including: site, coordination, food, beverage, floral, music, photography, transportation, décor, lighting, and equipment. Budgets illustrated include all service charges, gratuities, and tax. These budget “guidelines” are designed to help you determine if a celebration at your home or a private estate is the right choice for you.
THESE BUDGETS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Client meetings, design, wedding planning, site management, vendor coordination (includes rehearsal and rehearsal party planning).

All equipment – tables, chairs, linens, lighting and sound (where appropriate)
Parking management for limited (max 25) guest vehicles and vendors
Guest shuttles to/from hotels and guest houses within a 30 mile radius (for parties of over 30 guests)
All destination management (hotel & vacation rentals, itineraries, etc.)
Food and food service
Wines (Client purchases wine), beer, non-alcoholic beverages,
and beverage service. Full bar option available; quoted per event (Not included in basic budgets)
Photography allowance (photographer of your choice)
Music allowance (acoustic for ceremony & reception, small dance band)
Flowers – "personals" and décor (using the best local resources, no chemicals!)
Options would include: Full bar; upgraded china, crystal, etc.; more elaborate floral design; higher music & photography budgets; more elaborate menus, etc.; additional meeting time with coordinator
Our coordination services are comprehensive and include all planning, start to finish.
Our staff includes:
Transportation manager, security, and guest and vendor services managers
We’ll help you design and plan a celebration within the budget and concept that works for you.
Appointments are required for consultations and tours, which take about 1.5 hours.
30-50% of your site fee supports North Bay non-profits; the balance provides staffing, security, maintenance & sanitation/kitchen facilities. Atwood Ranch hosts, at no cost to the organizations, an average of 6 charity benefits each year.
