Use these guidelines in determining whether a Ranch wedding location is right for you!

*Parties of fewer than 75 quoted upon request; est. minimum $ 40,000 - $60,000.

Expect budgets to begin at these levels for ceremony & reception in a rural ranch or estate setting.
These are realistic and complete budget parameters, incorporating fine dining, quality linens and glassware, beautiful lighting, and all meetings & coordination services.

THESE BUDGETS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING "AVERAGE ALLOWANCES":

Site fees, coordination and insurance

All equipment – tables, chairs, linens, lighting and sound

Parking management for limited (max 25) guest vehicles and vendors

Guest shuttles to/from hotels and guest houses

Food & service -
$75 to 125 per person for luncheons
$100 - $175 per person for cocktail/dinner parties inclusive of service, tax, gratuities
(by vendors from our elite list)

Wines, beer, nonalcoholic beverages
Full bar option available

Photography allowance - $4,500 to 8,000
(photographer of your choice)

Music allowance $1,500 to $8,000 (acoustic for ceremony & reception, small dance band)

Flowers – "personals" and décor (using the best local resources , no chemicals!)

40 hours client meetings, design, wedding planning, site management, vendor coordination (includes rehearsal and rehearsal party planning).

Options would include: Full bar; upgraded china, crystal, etc.; higher floral, music, & photography budgets; more elaborate menus, etc.; additional meeting time with coordinator

Our coordination services are comprehensive and include all planning, start to finish.
Our staff includes:
Principal Coordinator
Assistant Coordinator
Transportation manager, security, and guest and vendor services managers

Wedding Location in Sonoma
Upper vineyard can accommodate 250
for a seated dinner and dancing.
