hotels and guest houses within a 30 mile radius
(for parties of over 30 guests.)
All destination management
(hotel & vacation rentals, itineraries, etc.)
Food and food service.
Wines, beer, nonalcoholic
beverages (Client purchases wine) and beverage service.
Full bar option available; quoted per event (Not included in basic budgets)
Photography allowance
(photographer of your choice)
Music allowance (acoustic for ceremony & reception,
small dance band)

and décor (using the best local resources , no chemicals!)
Options would include: Full bar; upgraded china, crystal, etc.; more elaborate floral design, higher music & photography budgets; more elaborate menus, etc.; additional meeting time with coordinator
Our coordination services are comprehensive and include all planning, start to finish.

Transportation manager, security and guest and vendor services managers
Not included: lodging, gown, printing/postage, photography, dance band or wedding party "personal" flowers except for a bridal bouquet.
